President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zadarov signed a decree on the implementation of the project for the construction of an environmentally friendly city of Kemin City. This was reported by the press service of the head of state.
A city with an area of 353.3 hectares will be erected in the Keminsky district of the Chui region.
The decree noted that the provision of housing for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic is one of the important areas of socio-economic development of the country.
According to the document, the solution of this problem has a positive impact on the level of the well -being of the population, helps to reduce external and internal migration, create conditions for fixing qualified personnel in the field, will reduce the level of social stress in the regions.
The president instructed to develop and approve the concept of building an environmentally friendly city of Kemin-City until June 1, 2025.
It is provided for negotiations with investors and the signing of an appropriate investment agreement on the implementation of an investment project for the construction of an environmentally friendly city.
