The West is trying to wedge into the intermediary efforts of the Russian Federation between Yerevan and Baku, said the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a press conference.
“The countries of the West, after the Minsk OSCE group is destroyed, is trying to wedge into the intermediary efforts of the Russian Federation to establish relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, but it turns out unproductive,” Lavrov said.
According to him, Russia “helps Armenia and Azerbaijan in the issue of delimitation of the border” and will “assist in the coordination of a peace treaty between Yerevan and Baku.”
