Today we can say that the trilateral arrangements of the leaders of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia, recorded in their statements of November 10, 2020 and January 11, 2021, are generally successfully implemented. About this in an interview with the Russian newspaper “Arguments and Facts” said Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov.
“This concerns, in particular, eliminate the humanitarian and socio-economic consequences of the conflict, unlocking transport and economic relations in the South Caucasus,” he said.
As Lavrov noted, in the zone of the former Nagorno-Karabakh conflict from January 30, the Center for Control of Fire Control and All Military Actions is operating with Turkish partners.
This center is engaged in monitoring possible violations exclusively by the methods of visual observation, the Minister added.
