Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will meet in Astana. This was confirmed by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Russian media write.
The heads of the two states will meet as part of the meeting on the interaction and confidence measures in Asia and the meetings of the heads of state in the format of Russia-Central Asia. According to the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, presidents can discuss Ankara’s proposal to organize Russian-Ukrainian negotiations.
Moscow is ready to listen to any proposals, but before that he wants to know the delegation of Turkish initiatives.
