Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at a final press conference that Russia is ready to consider “any serious proposals” of the West for negotiations, but “they have not yet been received.”
Lavrov also added that we cannot talk about negotiations with the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky: “Zelensky puts forward awkward peaceful initiatives to resolve the conflict,” he said.
