Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that in the upcoming meeting of the heads of Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Defense of Russia and France, the parties would have a serious conversation on Ukrainian themes, TASS reports.
“We will have a very serious conversation on this topic,” said Lavrov, commenting on France and Germany for the actions of Kiev regarding the execution of Minsk agreements.
According to him, when the French colleagues stated that Russia refused to meet on November 11 in the Norman format at the level of the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, they were all explained in detail on paper.
