Baku continues the trial in the case of the former head of the executive authority of the city of Rasim Guliyev, accused of an illegal demolition of a residential building, which was considered a historical monument.
As reported by Haqqin.az, lawyer Guliyev, Adalat Movlayev, who acted on a lawsuit chaired by Judge Faiga Ganiev, said that he did not agree with the state prosecutor and asked to justify his client.
We will remind, earlier, Eldar Hamzaev demanded that Rasim Guliyev would be guilty of the articles incriminated to him and sentenced to 6 years in prison, as well as to deprive his ability to hold posts in government agencies for 3 years.
Note that Rasim Guliyev is accused of illegally indicating the demolition of a historic building on the street D.Aliyeva in Baku and issuing permission to build multi-storey houses of the company FF-2011.
