Leaders Of Kyrgyzstan And Japan Discussed Cooperation

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov on Tuesday, August 13, held a telephone conversation with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kisida. This was reported by the press service of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Zhaparov expressed support for the Japanese people in connection with the recently occurred earthquake in the south-west of the country.

The parties discussed the current state and development prospects of Kyrgyz-Japanese relations, and also exchanged views on bilateral and regional cooperation.

In turn, Fumio Kisida noted about Japan’s unchanged commitment to strengthen relations with Kyrgyzstan and other countries of Central Asia.
