Leaders Of Uzbekistan And Kyrgyzstan Confirmed Commitment To Further Strengthening Relations

In the residence of Kuksara in Tashkent, a meeting of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyev and President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zheparov in a narrow format took a meeting.

During the current visit, cooperation projects in renewable energy sources, automotive and textile industry will be launched.

Purity is paid to the issues of the speedy practical implementation of strategic regional projects, including the construction of the China -Kyrgyz – Kyrgyz – Uzbekistan and Kambaratinsky hydroelectric power station.

New design proposals were considered in the field of development of transport and energy infrastructure.

Presidents announced the importance of further expansion of interregional cooperation, including within the framework of the Council of the Hokims of the Border Regions.

It is also subject to the issues of the development of mutually beneficial cooperation in the areas of agriculture and water economy, ecology, security and others.
