“Learn to provide first aid”: Ministry of Health conducted training in shopping center in Baku

The Dəniz Mall shopping center conducted a training on the “Rules for Providing First Aid”, organized by the Ministry of Health and the Baku Medical College No. 1.

In the information and educational event with the participation of representatives of the Azerbaijani representative office of the World Health Organization, students of the Medical College demonstrated the methods of providing first aid for asphyxia, epileptic seizure and clinical death. In addition, practical skills in providing first aid to persons affected by road accidents (closed heart massage and artificial respiration) were demonstrated on the manneques. Within the framework of the action, all comers visitors were measured by blood pressure and determined the saturation of blood.

An educational event aroused great interest among citizens.

Then, with the participation of college and volunteers, a flash mob took place “Learn to provide first aid, save life!”.

Note that the educational event in Dəniz Mall will continue for two days. In addition, in the future it is planned to organize it in other large centers of Baku.
