Nobel Peace Prize laureate, former Polish President Lech Walesa underwent heart surgery on Monday. As his representative Marek Kaczmar told reporters, the prognosis of doctors is favorable.
“Lech Walesa after the operation, in consciousness, the prognosis is good. I can’t say more,” said Kachmar, quoted by TASS.
The 78-year-old politician underwent surgery related to the operation of a pacemaker installed in the United States more than 10 years ago.
Let us remind you that the day before Lech Walesa recorded a video in which he said that he did not know if he could still turn to his compatriots, and therefore wanted to say that he did everything to serve the people well.
