The Prosecutor’s Office of Libya issued an arrest warrant of Safe Al-Islam Gaddafi – Son of the late Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, overthrown in 2011 as a result of the revolution. This is reported by BBC News.
Son Gaddafi is suspected of ties with Russian mercenaries. It is known that the arrest warrant was issued on August 5. However, the Libyan Prosecutor’s Office unveiled the appropriate order only after the BBC News investigation was released on the tablet, allegedly belonging to the Organization Fighter, known as the CHVC Wagner.
In addition to the son of Gaddafi, orders for the arrest of some associates of the so-called Feldmarshal Haftar, accused of war crimes and mate, were issued.
