The Lithuanian government allocated another 7 million euros for priority national defense systems, reports LRT.
The funds will be allocated to the Ministry of Defense and will go to finance military mobility projects, military and civilian infrastructure, which is necessary for the NATO allies arriving in Lithuania, as well as other projects of the national defense system related to the development of defense capability.
At the end of June, the government allocated an additional 136 million euros, and therefore, in the current year, it amounted to 3.03 percent of the GDP.
