Lithuania is ready for any cooperation that Azerbaijan offers. This was said by Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielus Landsbergis during a joint press conference with Azerbaijani counterpart Jayhun Bayramov, reports Trend.
According to the Lithuanian minister, his country is interested in cooperation with the countries of the South Caucasus, including undoubtedly with Azerbaijan.
he noted that Lithuania is interested in further expanding these ties and intends to strengthen ties not only in economic, but also in the political sphere.
“The potential for the development of bilateral economic cooperation is great. Azerbaijan is the largest trading partner of Lithuania in the Caucasus. We also supported the expansion of political cooperation between the European Union and Azerbaijan,” added Landsbergis.
