A visit to the UK President Azerbaijan – the head of the department of foreign policy of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Gadzhiev held meetings with a number of senior officials of the United Kingdom.

At a meeting with the State Minister of the Kingdom of Affairs of Europe, North America and overseas territories, Stephen Dawtin discussed the deepening of bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Great Britain.
Gadzhiev also met with the British National Security Advisor Jonathan Powell. The parties held a productive discussion of a strong Azerbaijani-British bilateral partnership, as well as regional events.
Assistant President of Azerbaijan also met with the State Minister of the British Ministry of Defense Vernon Coker.
Earlier, Hikmet Gadzhiev met with a number of high -ranking officials of the kingdom and discussed the deepening of bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Great Britain.
