Hollywood actor, the former Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger recorded a video message to the Russians due to war in Ukraine. The video called A Message To the Russian People (“Message to the Russian People”) appeared on March 17 in the social networks of the actor, writes Meduza.
Before you start talking about “harsh reality,” Schwarzenegger told about his long-time connections with Russia and how in 1961 at the World Championships in Heavy Athletics in Vienna, he met with Soviet weightlifter Yuri Vlasov, who became his Hero.
Actor noted that “the power and heart of the Russian people” always inspired him. Schwarzenegger stressed that he was “long-time friend of the Russian people,” and in this regard, he called on to listen to him. “You know, such moments happen, and then we can not be silent,” Schwarzenegger explained.
He expressed surprise on the formulation of one of the goals of “special operation” – on denazification of Ukraine. “Denazifications of Ukraine? Ukraine is a country with the president of Jewish origin … by the president of Jewish origin, at the father of which, to all of the time, the Nazis killed all three brothers,” Arnold Schwarzenegger drew attention.
Actor reminded that the 141 UN state called for the immediate conclusion of Russian troops from the territory of Ukraine. “From around the world, only four countries voted along with Russia. This is a fact,” Schwarzenegger noticed, calling for help to stop the fire.
