According to haqqın.az, Vusal Rustamov was detained on February 16 last year by employees of the Main Drugs for Combating drugs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. With him, 14 grams of dried marijuana were discovered. Later, the apartment where Rustamov lived lived. More than 7 kilograms of dried marijuana, stored in three cellophane packages, were found and seized in it. During the investigation, it was found that Rustamov raised marijuana himself, on his land plot in Agdam. He later intended to sell drugs in the capital.
The accused Vusal Rustamov did not plead guilty of charges against him. In his statement, he said that he works as a foreman at various construction sites and has three young children in the care of. Rustamov admitted that he sometimes consumed drugs, but noted that those found during the search
