President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko called on the government of the country to reasonable use of state funds in the development of the medical sphere.

, according to him, it is worth refraining from the construction of too expensive hospitals. “Let’s upgrade this or that system, including healthcare, but we will not build palaces. We are not so rich as to build not a hospital, not a medical institution, but a palace. We need to recover, as they say, neatly put ourselves and to restrain ourselves and Build only what you need, ”Lukashenko quoted BelTA.

as he noted, this does not mean that it is necessary to abandon the modernization of healthcare facilities. Lukashenko believes that it is necessary to maintain the balance in this matter: “But you don’t need to demolish anything to the ground, but it is necessary to adapt what is, because they [buildings of healthcare facilities] in good condition.”
