Lukashenko instructed to completely close border with Ukraine

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko instructed border guards completely overlapping the border with Ukraine. It is reported by Lenta.ru.

According to him, the reason has become a “huge amount of weapons”, coming from Ukraine to Belarus.

Before that, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine accused Belarus in disrespect of democratic values after the exit of the country from the European Union program (EU) “Eastern Partnership”.

Against this background, in Verkhovna Rada, they offered to the government to stop any relations with Belarus, with the exception of contacts on refugees and political prisoners. The bill suggests the non-recognition of the official outcome of the presidential election in Belarus in 2020 and recognize Lukashenko regime by the threat of international security.
