Lukashenko: Kiev suffers defeat and must make concessions to requirements of Moscow

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that Kiev suffered defeat during the Russian special operation in the Donbas and should make concessions to the requirements of Moscow. He did such a statement on Thursday on February 24 at the Operational Meeting with the leadership of the Belarusian military department, writes Komsomolskaya Pravda.

Lukashenko suggested representatives of Russia and Ukraine to meet at the table of negotiations in Minsk. He noted that during these negotiations, draft specific decisions should be prepared, and Kiev should be prepared for the fact that these decisions will be sufficiently rigid in relation to Ukraine. The Belarusian President stated that it was natural, as Kiev today suffers defeat during the Russian special operation in the Donbas.
