President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko promised to create the necessary conditions for the Russian-Ukrainian negotiations in Minsk, as well as to ensure the safety of both delegations. This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Sadkov, reports RIA Novosti.
According to the representative of the Kremlin, Lukashenko gave his promise to Russian leader Vladimir Putin in a telephone conversation, which took place on February 25.
