The District Court of the USA Southern District Texas issued an arrest warrant of the Boeing 737-7em aircraft worth $ 45 million, which, according to the American side, belongs to Lukoil, the US Ministry of Justice reports.
According to court documents that the ministry cites, the Boeing plane with the VP-CLR onboard number and the production number of the manufacturer 34865 flew to Russia in violation of the sanctions of the US Department of Trade.
According to the agency, the last time this Boeing flew to the United States in March 2019: then the aircraft transported official representatives of Lukoil to Houston, including the co -owner of the company Vagit Alekperov. Presumably, the liner is now in Russia. The confiscation case is carried out by the FBI department in Houston, as well as the industry and security bureau of the Ministry of Trade and the Department of Internal Investigations of the US immigration and customs service.
