France President Emmanuel Macron said that at meetings with Russian and Ukraine’s presidents Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelensky managed to make progress on stability and security in the region, RIA Novosti reports.
“Meetings with President Putin and President Zelensky allowed to achieve progress in building stability and security in the region,” said the president at a press conference following the negotiations with Zelensky.
Macron noted that it counts on a steady de eager conflict in Ukraine.
“In the course of these exchanges, I managed to achieve commitments from Putin’s presidents and Zelensky to act on a strict basis of Minsk agreements,” added French leader.
