French President Emmanuel Macron believes that the time for dialogue with Russia in the situation in Ukraine has not come.
He expressed such an opinion, speaking at the Munich Security Conference.
“We must have the strength and courage to resume the dialogue in order to find a stable solution. But it is clear that now is not the time for dialogue,” he said.
