Magate: Iran Significantly Increased Reserves Of Uranium Enriched To 60%

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) reported that Iran increased its reserves of uranium, enriched to 60 percent, to about 275 kilograms.

The report with which the Magate shares with the member countries of the Administrative Council every three months, it is said that Iran has significantly increased its Uranus reserves.

The report notes that from the moment of the last report, presented in November 2024, about 3 months have passed. Since February 8, the reserves of uranium enriched to the 60 percent level increased by 92.5 kilograms, amounting to about 274.8 kilograms.

The report expressed the concern of the Magate what was happening.

“A significant increase in the production and stocks of highly enriched uranium causes serious concern, since this is the only state that produces such nuclear material and is not a state that has nuclear weapons,” the Magate emphasizes.
