The main adviser to the US State Department for negotiations in the Caucasus Andrew Hoofe is on a visit to Baku.
“We welcome the chief adviser to the US State Department for negotiations in the Caucasus Andrew the driver, who will visit Baku from April 24 to 29. The United States is committed to cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats to assist the peaceful, democratic and prosperous future South Caucasus,” the statement said in the statement .
Earlier Andrew the driver was on a visit to Armenia.
