A decree providing for the exclusion of Le Pen from the Council of the Pa-de Cale Department was transferred to Le Pen this week. The French politician has the right to appeal this decision.
The administrative court Lille reported that Le Pen had not yet submitted any statements.
Le Pen was elected a member of the Council of the Department of Pa-de-Kale in 2021.
On March 31, the court of Paris imposed on the leader of the extreme right -wing ban on the implementation of political activities for a period of five years. In addition, politics was sentenced to four years in prison, of which two years are conditional, and two years under supervision using an electronic bracelet, as well as a fine of 100 thousand euros.
