According to the chief inspector of the Shekinsky regional group of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the police, the captain of the police, Makhir Masimov, on the basis of the information about mass poisoning of dogs in the Zagalsky district and the video frames common in the social networks, the proceedings have begun.
“The samples seized with the participation of the veterinarian are sent for verification to the laboratory. In fact, an investigation is carried out,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
