In the Salyansky district, four people raped a 13-year-old girl, the incident occurred more than a month ago.
The head of the Union of Children of Azerbaijan Kamaly Agazade, informed Haqqin.az that the teenager was placed by government staff in a safe place. On suspicion of committing a crime, several people have been detained, currently the prosecutor’s office of the Salyansky district is conducted by an investigation.
“The incident is under the strict control of the district prosecutor’s office. The teenager survived terrifying events. You won’t even want this to the enemy,” said Agazade.

According to the inhabitants of the village, the mother of the child is mentally ill, and his father died. In the house where the teenager lives, there is no bathroom and even the door.
According to Haqqin.az in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in respect of 4 accused of committing a crime, they are placed in custody. Currently, a criminal case has been instituted under various articles of the Criminal Code, police officers and prosecutors carry out investigative measures.
