The migration policy of Russia needs to be adjusted and should be under strict state control. This was stated by the Chairman of the Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko in the fields of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (PMEF).
Matvienko noted that the migration policy should be clear, state, verified.
“She needs some adjustment, which the working group works on, and we take part in this. The migration policy should be under strict state control. Now this is not so,” said Matvienko, whose words are given by the Russian media.
