The deputy chairman of the Council of People’s Commissars of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev threatened the consequences if “one of the madmen” tries to execute the warrant of the International Criminal Court (MUS) to arrest the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. So the ex-president of the Russian Federation commented on the statement of the European Union about “concern” in connection with the visit of the Russian leader to Mongolia, which is a member of the Mus.
