The deputy chairman of the Council of People’s Commissars of Russia Dmitry Medvedev called the head of Latvia Egils Levits “an unfinished puppet state”, who “has no army or economy.” So he reacted to Levitts’s proposal to organize a European tribunal in Ukraine in Riga.
“What can be said? The more insignificant the country and the stupid leader is, the higher the ambition. Some disobedient of the puppet of a small neighboring state, which has neither its army nor its economy, was about to judge a great power – a constant member of the Security Council of the UN, possessing a triad of strategic nuclear forces, ”Medvedev said.
He suggested Levits to “imagine the consequences if such a country is offended by him personally.”
“Better let him ask their citizens if they want confrontation with Russia on this occasion,” Medvedev said.
