US President Joe Biden on the fields of the NATO summit in Vilnius will meet with the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky.
As the media reported with reference to American officials, the meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 12.
One of the important points of the summit’s agenda is expected to be a Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
Biden previously stated that the consideration of Ukraine’s membership in NATO cannot take place before the end of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
The summit in the capital of Lithuania will be held on July 11-12. The venue for the summit is only 300 km from the Russian border.
The Summit will be attended by the heads of state and governments of 31 NATO members, representatives of the Candidate country to join the Alliance -Sweden, as well as the delegations of Japan, South Korea and New Zealand.
The participation of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky is also expected.
