West countries could not achieve all the goals that were delivered after the terrorist attacks in the United States on September 11, 2001, the German Chancellor Angela Merkel said.
“We had to realize that we were able to defeat terrorism, which up to this point threatened our security, but we did not achieve all the goals that would like,” Merkel TASS quotes.
She added that the Taliban movement will be difficult to agree on many issues, including women’s rights.
