The Minister of Defense of Ukraine Alexei Reznikov said that she was ready to meet with the head of the defense department of Russia Sergey Shoigu within the framework of international negotiations and with the participation of partners, RIA Novosti reports.
“If suddenly, in the framework of the negotiations on the site in Brussels or at the site in Munich, with the participation of our partners, the Ministers of Defense of the United States and the United Kingdom will be invited to meet – I will be ready to meet,” Reznikov said.
He also added that as of today, Kiev does not see the threat of a full-scale conflict with Russia.
“We estimate the situation at a distance of 200 kilometers from the border. They are constantly tightened, then they take troops, conduct exercises. I can say absolutely to say: as of today, the impact group, which could make a power invasion of Ukraine, Russian Armed Forces did not create, “said the Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
