Russian air defense equipment (air defense) over the past night destroyed 20 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over six regions. This was reported in the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense on September 13.
“Twenty Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed by the air defense systems. Eight – above the territory of the Bryansk region, four – above the territory of the Belgorod region, three – above the territory of the Kursk region, two BPLs were shot down over the territories of the Smolensk and Oryol regions and one above the territory of the Kaluga areas, ”the statement said.
Meanwhile, the Governor of the Oryol Region Andrei Klychkov said that one Ukrainian drone was shot down over the territory of the region by electronic warfare equipment, and the second – by aviation equipment. “There are no damage to objects and victims, operational services are working at the places of incident,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.
Earlier, the governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, also reported on the destruction of the UAV. According to him, there are no victims and destruction.
