Russian air defense equipment (air defense) over the past night intercepted and destroyed 50 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over three regions. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on Friday, February 14.
“During the last night, the air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 50 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles: 41 UAVs – above the territory of the Belgorod region, 5 UAVs – above the territory of the Voronezh region and four UAVs above the territory of the Rostov region,” the report said.
Meanwhile, the press service of the government of the Tambov region reported that the Ukrainian UAV fell on the ice of the reservoir in the village of Petrovsky.
“On February 14, at about 08:25 Moscow time in the village of Petrovsky Petrovsky, the Municipal District of the Tambov Region, the Ukrainian UAV fell on the ice of the reservoir. As a result of the fall, the drone exploded. There are no injuries and damage. Law enforcement agencies work on the spot,” the report said. < /p>
In turn, the Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov said that under the attacks of the drones there is a Valuy district.
“The worst thing happened in the village of Kukuevka – as a result of the discharge of an explosive device from a drone on a private household, a man died,” the head of the region wrote in his Telegram channel.
According to him, in the village of Kukuevka from the attacks of enforcement officers, various damage were detected in 7 private households, 4 cars were damaged.

“The villages of the drones were also subjected to a long time. Windows were knocked out from the shocks of drones, roofs and facades in 3 private houses were damaged. 3 cars, a tractor and an object of trade were sown with fragments,” Gladkov noted.
