Russian air defense (air defense systems) over the past night intercepted and destroyed 9 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over a number of regions. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on Wednesday, February 19.
“During the last night, the air defense systems were intercepted and destroyed: three Ukrainian UAVs – above the territory of the Bryansk region, one UAV – above the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and four BPLs – above the Black Sea water area. Also, one BPL is suppressed above the territory of the Tula region” ” , – follows from the message.
Meanwhile, the Governor of the Samara Region Vyacheslav Fedorishchev said that on the night of February 19, the BPP was subjected to the Syzran refinery. “Operational and emergency services work on the territory of the enterprise. According to preliminary information, there are no injured,” the head of the region wrote in the Telegram channel.
He noted that the situation at the Syzran refinery is under control, and the consequences of the attack were liquidated.
In the Federal Air Transport Agency, they reported on the introduction of temporary restrictions on receiving and releasing aircraft at the airports of Izhevsk, Kirov, Kazan and Nizhnekamsk.
