Ministry Of Defense Of Russian Federation Reported Interception Of 18 BPPs Over Six Regions

Russian air defense equipment (air defense) over the past night intercepted and destroyed 18 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over six regions. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on Tuesday, March 4.

“during the last night, the air defense of the air defense systems intercepted and destroyed by 18 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles: 10 UAVs – above the territory of the Rostov region, three UAVs above the territory of the Voronezh region, two UAVs above the territory of the Samara region and one BPL – above the territories of the Kursk, Belgorod and Astrakhan regions,” follows from the message.

Acting Governor of the Rostov Region Yuri Slyusar said that “as a result of the massive attack of the UAV in the Chertkovsky district, a fire occurred on the oil pipeline.”

“The emergency services have left for the place. The staff were evacuated. Previously, there are no injured,” Slyusar wrote in his Telegram channel.

Later, the acting governor said that the fires that arose at night as a result of the UAV attack in the Chertkovsky district were promptly eliminated by duty calculations.

“without the victims and the consequences on Earth, there was a reflection of an air attack in the sky over Novoshakhtinsky. The residents of the Verkhnedon district, who found the Pavlovsky fragments of the aircraft type in the vpit field, turned to the duty services at night,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Governor of the Samara Region Vyacheslav Fedorishchev said that on the night of March 4, BPP was attacked by one of the Syzran industrial enterprises.

“The forces of our air defense drones were eliminated. The dead and the victims are not,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.
