In addition, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation accused Kyiv of 10 attacks on energy infrastructure over the past day.
The Ukrainian army struck the facilities of energy infrastructure in the territories of the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk, Ryazan, Tver, Tula regions of Russia, as well as in the territories of the Zaporizhzhya region controlled by the Russian Federation, the department said.

It is worth noting that Moscow and Kyiv are accused of each other’s violation of the moratorium on energy blows.
The Russian side holds the position that the moratorium on blows to energy facilities entered into force on March 18, 2025, since on this day Russian President Vladimir Putin gave the military order not to strike at the energy infrastructure of Ukraine. The effect of restrictions should last 30 days with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement of the parties. The validity of the agreement was to be completed on the night of April 17.
