The Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations hosted the awarding ceremony of the winners of the 10th Republican children’s creative competition “Emergencies through the eyes of children”, organized jointly by the Ministry of Emergencies and the Ministry of Science and Education, with the support of the union of employees of the Ministry of Emergencies.
The purpose of the competition is to attract public attention to problems related to emergency situations, instilling in schoolchildren of culture of safe life, their education in the spirit of patriotism, as well as identifying and supporting talented children, the press service of the department told.
The event was attended by the Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel General Kyamadadin Heydarov, Deputy Minister of Science and Education Idris Isaev, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Indira Gadzhiev, head of the executive of the Surakhan district Aziz Azizov, heads of the relevant structures of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of cases, representatives of the public and representatives of the public and representatives of the public Parents of children.
The competition in which students of secondary schools of all cities and regions of Azerbaijan took part on October 10. The organizing committee presented 503 drawings, 95 posters, 397 crafts, 131 model of fire and rescue equipment and 101 soft toy. The work presented to the competition was evaluated by the jury, consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Emergencies, the Ministry of Economics and Education, the Union of Artists and the Academy of Arts. The first place was taken by 33 people, the second – 31 people, the third – 47 people. 57 people received a motivational prize.
Awarding ceremony, Kamaleddin Heydarov, noted that the national leader Heydar Aliyev has always been with a great sense of love, attention and concern for children. The minister emphasized – and today the country’s leadership is taking all the necessary measures for the comprehensive development of youth.
Then the head of the Ministry of Emergencies congratulated the winners of the competition and wished them success in study and work. Children were presented with honorary diplomas and valuable gifts.
