Ministry of Emergencies of Azerbaijan warns: swimming in sea is dangerous

The Azerbaijan Ministry of Emergency Situations turned to the population in connection with the expected weather conditions.

“According to the National Hydrometeorological Service, rainy weather is expected in the coming days with heavy rains, hail, lightning, short -term floods and villages on separate mountain rivers, in places with a strong wind.

So, in order to protect against floods and villages caused by storm rains, it is recommended to stay away from the flooded and prone to flooding places, and in a collision with this danger, immediately rise to a nearby height.

In addition, it is recommended to stay away from light structures and temporary buildings, buildings and advertising shields, not under electric poles and wires, high trees in strong winds. Also, given the difficulties caused by a strong wind when extinguishing fires, it is necessary to strictly comply with fire safety rules.
