According to the Government of the Orenburg Region, over 540 houses and more than 2.2 thousand personal plots are flooded in the region. In general, more than 1.4 thousand people are evacuated from the flooding zone.

Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Emergencies reported that the floods were generally affected by 34 regions of Russia.
“Today, the active phase of the development of the spring flood is observed in 34 regions of Russia, 384 residential buildings, more than 5 thousand household plots, 150 low -water bridges and 102 sections of roads are flooded,” the report said.
The department noted that in the Altai Territory the number of flooded territories is reduced.
“In 47 settlements of the region, 816 yards and 139 residential buildings remain flooded, 6 sections of roads are blocked. 35 residents are in two points of temporary accommodation, psychologists of the Russian Ministry of Emergencies in the Altai Territory work on the spot,” the report said.
