“The accusations of the President of Serbia about the involvement of Ukraine to reports on mining of Serbian aircraft do not correspond to reality.” About this in an interview with the “European Pravda” said Speaker of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleg Nikolenko.
He noted that Kyiv categorically rejects unfounded accusations of President Serbia about allegedly involvement of Ukraine to reports on mining of aircraft of Serbian airlines flying to Russia.
Also, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine expressed disappointment that Serbia was still not joined by the EU sanctions imposed against Russia.
“Daily Russia causes rocket-bomb strikes on Ukrainian cities, kills civilians, destroys civil infrastructure. Hard sanctions and unity of the democratic world are able to stop this war. We call on Belgrade to face the truth and fully join the support of Ukraine and defending The values on which the United Democratic Europe was founded, “said Nikolenko.
Earlier, President of Serbia Alexander Vucić said that reports on mining of Serbian aircraft flying to the Russian Federation, there are two countries: one – EU member, other – Ukraine.
