The Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan announced admission to higher educational and scientific institutions of doctoral students and dissertations for 2022.
“Reception of documents into doctoral studies and a dissertation for 2022 will be carried out in electronic form through the” Centralized Information System of Education “(TMIS).
Persons who want to submit documents to doctoral studies and the dissertation of the Ministry of Health, must be logged in https://portal.edu.az, choose a service there “Registration for training in higher and secondary special educational institutions” and register in accordance with the instructions “,” the agency says.
The ministry also asks to pay attention to the fact that sending appeals to https://portal.edu.az will begin on April 15 of the current year.
