Some people sometimes expose on the purchase and sale sites of housing information about apartments for the price much lower than the market, and when the buyer calls them, they ask for a departure to make the apartment to be sold or leased to another person. In particular, the number of victims of such fraud on the eve of the beginnings of the new school year is growing. This is stated in the report of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan due to cases of fraud in the housing market.
