In Sumgayit, drivers are detained regularly violating traffic rules, creating a real threat to the life of other participants in the movement and committing hooligan actions. Haqqin.az reported this in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.
It is noted that as a result of the events held by the employees of the Department of the State Traffic Police of the Sumgayyt City Police Directorate, two citizens – Ismail Musabayly and Azer Kerimov were identified and detained.
Both drivers arranged a race with vehicles that they drove, making auto -hooliganism in the city. Their gross violations were seen using surveillance cameras.
As a result of numerous complaints against Ismail Musabeili and Azer Kerimov, protocols were drawn up under the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sent to the court for consideration.
by court decision, both persons were arrested administratively for 30 days. Also, their driver’s license was canceled for a period of 1 year.
