The Ministry of Internal Affairs denied the information that citizens Elnur Isaev and Javid Guliyev were arrested for the demolition of the Berdzor sign at the entrance to Lachin.
“Elnur Isaev and Javid Guliyev by the court decision were sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest for illegal visits to the liberated territories and disobedience to the legal requirements of the police,” the head of the public relations department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Elshad Gadzhiev told reporters.
