No Casus with the release of Onik Gasparyan from the post of head of the General Staff Armenia, the head of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia Rustam Badasyan said to journalists.
“No Casus here. Onyk Gasparyan has been removed from office, Artak Davtyan is appointed to the relevant position,” Badasyan said, who quotes Sputnik Armenia.
According to the Armenian minister, today’s statement of Prime Minister Nikola Pashinyan is only a statement of an existing situation. He did not commit any additional actions.
Badasyan stated that the court could not return the position from Gasparyan, even if the executive would want this.
“Act of the Court does not have an influence on a specific process,” said Badasyan, noting that the further development of the situation will show lawsuits, including CS.
Recall, today, the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said that Artak Davtyan was considered to be entitled to the position of head of the General Staff Armenia.
