Ministry of National Heydar Aliyev leader is honored to Minthouse

In the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, an event was held on the occasion of the Day of Memory Day of the National Heydar Aliyev leader. The participants of the event laid flowers to the Bust of the outstanding statesman, the architect and the founder of modern Azerbaijan, the great leader Heydar Aliyev.

At the event, the event, the Minister of Labor and social protection of the population Sakhil Babaev noted the unprecedented historical merits of Heydar Aliyev in the comprehensive development of Azerbaijan, the establishment and strengthening of the independent Azerbaijani state, as well as the decent place for our country in the world community.

The Minister noted the dynamic development achieved by Azerbaijan during the reign of Heydar Aliyev in 1969-82. He stressed that the foundation of the economic potential of Azerbaijan for the future of state sovereignty and independence of the republic was also laid in that period.

S. Babaev stressed the exceptional role of the Military Lyceum named after Jamshida Nakhchivansky, established in 1971, thanks to the initiative and great efforts of the national leader of Heydar Aliyev, in the formation of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, providing the national army by professional officers, who, in turn, participated in the creation The glorious page of history, showing heroism in the Patriotic War, completed by the victory of Azerbaijan.

The Minister noted that the return of the nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev to the Republic of Kazakhstan in June 1993, on the appeal of the people changed the fate of the whole country. The Republic began to develop rapidly, and the civil welfare of the population was determined as one of the higher goals of the state. In the period from 1995 to 2003, the average monthly real wages increased 5.1 times, the average monthly wage – more than 6 times, the average monthly amount of pensions and benefits increased 8 times, and employment opportunities expanded from year a year. For the first time in the CIS, in Azerbaijan in 1999, the Labor Code was adopted and the concept of demographic development in accordance with a new period of socio-economic relations, and in 2001 – the Law “On Employment of the Population”.
